This catchy pop jem comes from the merely 17-old British singer Chlöe Howl. Her singing is reminiscent of fellow Britt Lily Allen and the sound and production isn’t far off from Foster The People’s “Helena Beat” (with a subtle “Dance Wiv Me”-Calvin Harris/Dizzie Rascal-esq synthesizer hook). As expected, the British media is already hailing her as the new rising female pop sensation of 2013. She surely has all the right ingredients of a rising pop star; attitude and sweetness combined with a great melodious hook tend to be a winning formula. I guess we just have to wait and see.
